System Overview
The PHASELINK series is designed to maintain rapid, real-time inspection while supporting demanding phased array acquisition and processing. Its professional software provides a flexible path from general-purpose PAUT to fully customized automated systems.
Each host integrates industrial computing, phased array electronics and high-speed networking in a rugged package. This reduces system complexity while preserving the processing capacity required for FMC, TFM and multi-group workflows.
PHASELINK can support water-cooled plates, wind turbine blades, pultruded plates, composites, HDPE pipe, honeycomb bonds, bolts, new-energy batteries, train wheels and axles, and many other production inspection tasks.
Multi-Host Integration
PHASELINK hosts connect through Ethernet and can be expanded for complex production lines or large inspection cells. Combining hosts increases channel capacity and inspection throughput without changing the core integration approach.
Advanced PAUT Modes
PHASELINK supports advanced setup, acquisition and visualization modes for automated systems and specialized materials.
Import 3D CAD geometry to build inspection configurations around the real component shape.
Display defect position and size directly within a three-dimensional workpiece model.
Transmit-receive configurations support effective inspection of stainless steel and other highly attenuative weld materials.
Acquire multiple groups at the same time for complex geometries and high-throughput inspection.
Use linear arrays, dual-linear arrays, dual-matrix arrays, daisy arrays, annular arrays, flexible probes and custom arrays.
Full-matrix acquisition and total focusing can be configured for high-resolution imaging and algorithm development.
Imaging and Automation Software
Standard imaging modules cover common inspection tasks, while open interfaces support custom software and fully automated system integration.

PHASELINK SDK
The PHASELINK SDK is a secondary-development toolkit created specifically for the PHASELINK ultrasonic phased array platform. It opens the interfaces required to build automated inspection applications around the hardware.
Developers can acquire and export full-matrix FMC data for imaging-algorithm research, access phased array and TFM data formats, export inspection data to Excel, and analyze data with MATLAB or other specialist tools.
Application Scenarios
PHASELINK is designed for automated or integrated inspection in aerospace, transportation, manufacturing, energy and pipeline applications.
Inspection Results
Representative results from production components and SDK workflows show how PHASELINK data can support automated decision-making.

Architecture Highlights
