System Overview

Efficiency for automated ultrasonic inspection.

The PHASELINK series is designed to maintain rapid, real-time inspection while supporting demanding phased array acquisition and processing. Its professional software provides a flexible path from general-purpose PAUT to fully customized automated systems.

Each host integrates industrial computing, phased array electronics and high-speed networking in a rugged package. This reduces system complexity while preserving the processing capacity required for FMC, TFM and multi-group workflows.

PHASELINK can support water-cooled plates, wind turbine blades, pultruded plates, composites, HDPE pipe, honeycomb bonds, bolts, new-energy batteries, train wheels and axles, and many other production inspection tasks.

  • Available in 64:128 PR, 32:128 PR and 32:64 PR configurations
  • Up to four PA probes or 128 conventional UT channels and 128 groups
  • Up to 8,192 focal laws and 16,384 A-scan points
  • 200 MHz digitization and 16-bit acquisition
  • Two Gigabit Ethernet ports and two HDMI outputs
  • Optimized cooling with two internal fans
  • Protective rubber option for demanding industrial environments

Multi-Host Integration

Scale from one host to large automated systems.

PHASELINK hosts connect through Ethernet and can be expanded for complex production lines or large inspection cells. Combining hosts increases channel capacity and inspection throughput without changing the core integration approach.

  • Scalable from 32:128 or 64:128 PR configurations to multi-host architectures
  • Supports large numbers of probes and group settings across the integrated system
  • High-speed communication reduces programming effort and inspection cycle time
  • Six-axis position input supports encoded automation and coordinated motion
  • Parallel host operation accelerates multi-zone and multi-component inspection
